To ‘shake one’s buddhi’ can manifest in one of two ways.

Buddhi can invite you to move into intuitive wisdom and clarity of intention or to shake off & release old patterns & self-limiting beliefs.


The practice creates space within, so we can step back from the chaos in our lives & minds to cultivate awareness, playful joy and childlike curiosity. 

Asana (movement), pranayama (conscious breathing) mantra (sound repetition) and meditation (gentle awareness) invites us to enquire deeper.

Gentle and compassionate observation allows us to notice what arises.

We then begin to enjoy the subtle magic of each moment, every breath as an opportunity.
