In any class, Jess will ask you to find your own expression of the practice. Showing up with curiosity, playfulness and courage will allow the practice to shape itself around you and your needs, in this moment.
In a flow that’s paced rhythmically, synchronising long breaths with conscious movement, Jess ensures awareness is cultivated and practice is dynamic yet calming.
Jess enjoys exploring new ways to move and has a passion for shapes & practices that balance out bodies and minds in a nourishing and sustainable way.
